The property is fitted with LED lighting, motion sensors, an ESFR sprinkler system and 60 loading docks (for heavy long vehicles up to 25 metres).
The building is leased to Nabuurs until March 2022. Nabuurs, a family owned logistics provider, uses approximately 40,000 sqm for its customer Kraft- Heinz. The remaining parts of the warehouse are used for other customers, including Nutricia and Mars.
The property is located in the new industrial area Park 15 that is being developed in Oosterhout , which is located approximately 5 km from Nijmegen, 10 km from the German border (route to and from Rurhgebied Germany) and 100 km from the port of Rotterdam.
