Goodman closes 2016 fiscal year with record operating results in Continental Europe

Goodman Group, a global leading owner, developer and manager of industrial real estate, announces record operating results in Continental Europe at the close of its fiscal year, ending 30 June 2016. Goodman continued to demonstrate strong portfolio dynamics, signing lease agreements for 1.35 million sqm of space across its existing portfolio. The Group also added 766,000 sqm of new supply and commenced the development of approximately 920,000 sqm of logistics space. Globally the Group increased its assets under managed to €23 billion, an increase of 13%.


Goodman named top developer in Europe for fifth consecutive year

Goodman Group, a global leading owner, developer and manager of industrial real estate, has been named Europe’s top real estate developer for the fifth consecutive year by PropertyEU. Since claiming the top spot in 2011, Goodman has developed over four million sqm of logistics and business space in Europe, representing an investment of close to €3 billion across 132 projects.


BMW Group and Goodman lay foundation stone for new supply centre on Landshut site

It is an investment in the future: Together with representatives from politics, business and society, BMW Group Landshut plant manager Ralf Hattler and Goodman Head of Business Development for Germany Christof Prange laid the foundation stone for a new supply centre near the municipality of Ergolding.


Goodman signs 158,000 sqm of logistics space in the Benelux; seeks to expand footprint

Goodman Group has successfully concluded the first half of its 2016 financial year (FY2016), signing lease agreements for almost one million sqm of logistics space in Continental Europe, with over 720,000 sqm currently under construction, of which approximately 544,000 sqm commenced in the reporting period.


Goodman and Giesbers partner to develop new European distribution centre for Nabuurs in the Netherlands

Goodman Group, a global owner, developer and manager of industrial real estate, has partnered with GiesbersGroep, a construction and development company, to develop a new 61,700 sqm European distribution centre (EDC) for logistics service provider Nabuurs Supply Chain Solutions. The pre-lease deal is one of the largest logistics real estate projects signed in the Netherlands over the past 12 months. Construction will start next month and the new facility will be located at the Park15 Logistics Parc in the Arnhem-Nijmegen region, the Netherlands. Nabuurs will lease the new facility from Goodman on completion of the development in early 2017. Giesbers realizes the development of the EDC turnkey commissioned by Goodman.
