Goodman Group, the real estate group that owns, develops and manages logistics property worldwide, is expanding its presence at Trade Port North Venlo with a new logistics development of 19.192 sqm. The development of the new, flexible logistics property is Goodman’s sixth project in Venlo, which was named The Netherland’s top logistics hotspot for cross-border e-commerce fulfilment.

Fiege will use the space to respond to the changing needs of its customer, Makro.
Goodman has announced the appointment of Jeroen Gerritsen as Business Development Manager in the Netherlands. In his new role, he will strengthen the team based in Amsterdam and identify new business and development opportunities for the Dutch market.

The pre-lease deal is one of the largest logistics real estate projects signed in the Netherlands over the past 12 months. Construction will start next month and the new facility will be located at the Park15 Logistics Parc in the Arnhem-Nijmegen region, the Netherlands. Nabuurs will lease the new facility from Goodman on completion of the development in early 2017. Giesbers realizes the development of the EDC turnkey commissioned by Goodman.

Goodman, a global leader in the ownership, development and management of industrial real estate, has signed a lease agreement for third party logistics provider Nabuurs at Goodman’s logistics centre in Wijchen, near Nijmegen. Nabuurs will operate the 45,000 sqm warehouse for multiple customers.
