Goodman Nederland expands its portfolio with 180,000 m² of new developments
Goodman Group, the real estate group that owns, develops and manages logistics property worldwide, is expanding its presence at Trade Port North Venlo with a new logistics development of 19.192 sqm. The development of the new, flexible logistics property is Goodman’s sixth project in Venlo, which was named The Netherland’s top logistics hotspot for cross-border e-commerce fulfilment.

Construction will start next month and the new facility will be located at the Park15 Logistics Parc in the Arnhem-Nijmegen region, the Netherlands. Nabuurs will lease the new facility from Goodman on completion of the development in early 2017. Giesbers realizes the development of the EDC turnkey commissioned by Goodman.
